40 years in the home improvement business, 16 years in my own business and never an unhappy customer…until this one. After spending almost two years in the courts answering her bogus complaints and false accusations, numerous defamatory false reviews on every internet review site she could find, then discovering she has a history of suing other contractors and breaching other company’s contracts, the JP Court finally awarded in our company’s favor, Case# JP-17-20-001279 and slapped her with a Civil Judgement for her misdeeds on 6-23-21. She has not paid the judgement and probably never will, but being freed from her presence and unjust accusations is reward enough. One FALSE bad review in all my years in business can be credited to Crystal Shear. Here are the photos from her completed job, just as it was before she sued me. (We even hung the curtains for her)
BTW…Steve Sypulski Owner of American Home Inspection Technologies, the company that she hired to do a report for her court case, committed perjury many times in court AND THE JUDGE KNEW IT. In fact, everyone knew it! I even asked the judge what was the penalty for perjury in JP Court. He knew where I was going with that question. Yet nothing was ever done to penalize him for lying in court. Never use him or his CORRUPT company for an honest home inspection. It is my understanding local lawyers use him because he will say whatever they want. Hope you enjoy her photos. I would love to build you a high quality enclosure just like this one!
